Ingredients
8 WASA ROSEMARY AND SEA SALT THINS
1⁄2 NAVEL ORANGE, WITH PEEL INTACT
6OZ FRESH OR THAWED FROZEN CRANBERRIES (ABOUT 11⁄2 CUPS)
1⁄3 CUP SUGAR
4OZ CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
4OZ FRESH GOAT CHEESE (CHÈVRE)
THIN STRIPS OF ORANGE ZEST MINCED CHIVES

Cut orange into 4 pieces. In a food processor combine orange and cranberries. Pulse until the fruit is finely chopped and transfer to a medium bowl.

Stir sugar into cranberry mixture, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld, or up to 3 days.

Wash and dry food processor and add cream cheese and goat cheese. Pulse, scraping down sides with a spatula as needed, until smooth and combined.

Spread crispbreads with cream cheese mixture and top with cranberry relish. Garnish with orange zest and chives. Serve immediately.
