Wholegrain rye flour 46%, processed cheese powder (Brunost cheese 16%, cheese, emulsifying salt: sodium phosphate), rye flour 17%, vegetable fat (rapeseed, shea), yeast, natural flavour, salt, sugar. May contain traces of sesame seeds, soy and lupine
