INGREDIENTS
PEANUT BUTTER
LUKEWARM APPLE COMPOTE
APPLE SALSA AND CINNAMON
DISCOVERY OR AROMA APPLES 3
SUGAR 50 GRAMS
CINAMMON STICKS 1
APPLE JUICE OR WATER A SPLASH
APPLE 1
LEMON JUICE FROM 1 LEMON
CHILI 1/2 PIECE
TARRAGON A SMALL BUNDLE
HONEY A SPLASH
METHOD
1.
Start by chopping the apples into coarse pieces into a saucepan.
2.
Pour on the sugar and the cinammon sticks. The more sugar you add the sweeter it gets.
3.
Add a splash of apple juice or water.
4.
Put the lid on the saucepan and let it boil.
5.
Keep the lid on as much as possible to contain the juicy steam but make sure to stir the pan frequently to prevent it from burning or sticking.
6.
Cook until the apples can be smashed roughly with a fork. Let it cool.
7.
Cut the apple into a small cubes, then immediately squeeze over a small amount of lemon juice to avoid the apple don’t run brown.
8.
Finely chop a half chili and the tarragon. Mix everything with lemon juice and a splash of honey.
