Vegan Pesto Kale Spread

Super thin flatbread baked with wholegrain wheat flour and topped with sesame seeds and sea salt. Perfect either with or without topping.

INGREDIENTS
2 DL KALE
2 DL FRESH BASIL
1 DL PINE NUTS
½ DL VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
1 CLOVE OF GARLIC
2 TBS NUTRITIONAL YEAST (OPTIONAL)
2 TBS LEMONJUICE
1 TSP SALT
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS: 1 AVOCADO, SPROUTS, CRACKED PEPPER
METHOD
1.
Rinse the kale and basil and remove the stems.
2.
Put all the ingredients in a blender.
3.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
4.
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to four days.
5.
Use it as a sandwich base on a Wasa Delicate thin with sliced avocado and sprouts on top.
