Baked Feta With Tomatoes and Basil

Ingredients
7OZ BLOCK SHEEP FETA
2 PINTS CHERRY TOMATOES
¼ CUP OLIVE OIL
½ TEASPOON RED PEPPER FLAKES
½ TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
½ TEASPOON FINE SEA SALT
8 LIGHT RYE WASAⓇ
FRESH BASIL LEAVES, FOR GARNISH
How to:

Preheat oven to 400℉.

Place feta in the center of a 13x9” baking dish. Scatter tomatoes around feta. Drizzle everything with oil, and sprinkle with pepper flakes and pepper. Sprinkle salt over tomatoes only.
3.
Bake until feta is soft and tomatoes have burst, 35-40 minutes. Serve hot.
4.
To serve, spread feta on Wasa, top with a few tomatoes, and garnish with basil leaves.
