Frukost Fullkorn is our wonderfully crispy wheat crispbread baked with graham flour and topped with black poppy seeds. In a graham flour you take care of the entire wheat kernel, which gives this mild and golden baked crisp bread 63% whole grain. Good huh?

Wholegrain wheat flour (56%), wheat flour (32%), yeast, sunflower oil, poppy seed (5,2%), sugar, salt. May contain traces of sesame seeds and milk.
