Baked Tomato Balsamic Burrata Crispbread

So classic, it’s commonly known in Europe as the “original” crispbread. Baked to a golden color, this medium-bodied, natural sourdough flavor is derived from a unique blend of rye grains.

Ingredients
12 WASA® SOURDOUGH CRISPBREADS
1 CUP CHERRY TOMATOES, HALVED
1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER
8 OZ BURRATA CHEESE
1 TABLESPOON BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 TABLESPOON FRESH BASIL, JULIENNED
How to:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss tomatoes in olive oil, salt and pepper before placing in an 8” x 8”, oven safe dish. Bake for 25 minutes until tomatoes have burst and the skins appear wrinkled.

To serve, transfer the cooked cherry tomatoes to a serving dish and place burrata on top of the tomatoes. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, garnish with fresh basil and serve alongside Wasa Light Rye crispbreads.
